10 Easy Nutrition Hacks

Want to improve your nutrition with as little effort as possible? Follow these 10 simple hacks and your energy, sleep, mood, and overall health will improve.


1) Wait at least an hour after waking up to drink caffeine.


2) Always have frozen vegetables and fruit stocked up in your freezer so there is no excuse when you run out of the fresh stuff.


3) If you have a sweet tooth or strong dessert cravings- always have lower calorie dessert options (like halo top, dark chocolate, low sugar ice cream) in your freezer to avoid late night dessert runs that will most likely result in you over eating.


4) Add salt to your water to curb cravings, regulate your hunger, and improve your energy levels.


5) Greek yogurt and red meat are the best foods to eat to hit your protein goal and to get most of the nutrients you need in the day.


6) Take a beef liver supplement.


7) Eat a HIGH protein breakfast (40 grams protein minimum).


8) The majority of your carb intake should be from vegetables and fruit.


9) Eat smaller meals every 2-4 hours instead of 3 large meals.


10) Aim to go to bed full. Not stuffed and not hungry.
